High-strength composite corundum castable
Corundum refractory castables are mainly composed of fused corundum as the primary raw material, combined with various ultrafine and efficient additives. Their main characteristics include high strength, good volumetric stability, excellent erosion resistance, and resistance to reducing gases such as H2 and CO. These refractory castables are prepared using corundum as aggregate and powder, with some binders added. They exhibit higher mechanical strength and abrasion resistance compared to high-alumina and mullite refractory castables, though their thermal shock resistance is slightly lower. They are primarily used as lining materials for various furnaces such as boilers, blast furnace hot blast stoves, heating furnaces, and ceramic kilns.

Product Details
Corundum refractory castable is mainly made of fused corundum as the main raw material, compounded with various ultrafine and efficient additives. Its main features are high strength, good volume stability, excellent erosion resistance, and resistance to reducing gases such as H2 and CO. It is a refractory castable prepared with corundum as aggregate and powder plus some binders. It has higher mechanical strength and abrasion resistance than high-alumina and mullite refractory castables, but slightly poorer thermal shock resistance. It is mainly used as lining material for boilers, blast furnace hot blast stoves, heating furnaces, ceramic kilns, and other types of kilns.
