Air Compressor Sealing Material

There are some gaps on the top of the coke oven, through which smoke escapes during coke oven operations, causing environmental pollution and heat loss. The method to fill and seal these gaps on the coke oven top to prevent gas leakage is to use air-pressurized sealing material. The sealing material is pressed into the gaps using compressed air, and under the temperature of the sealing area itself (about 800-1300℃), the sealing material begins to expand, promoting the formation of an integral body, thereby achieving the sealing effect.
